Fees and charges
These only apply if something happens beyond normal use. We'd rather you see them here than meet them for the first time on a final invoice.
Lost key or fob
$250 to $450 depending on the vehicle, at the cost of replacement.
Refuelling
Cost of the fuel plus a $25 service charge if the vehicle isn't returned at the level it was collected.
Unpaid tolls
The toll amount plus $15 per violation processed on your account.
Traffic or parking violations
The fine plus a $25 handling charge for processing.
Excessive cleaning
A $150 charge if the vehicle is returned in a condition beyond normal wear.
Smoking in the vehicle
A $250 charge. All vehicles are non-smoking.
Late return
One additional day at the full daily rate for the vehicle.
Damage
Assessed against the deposit first. Costs beyond the deposit, or damage not covered by your insurance or our protection add-on, are billed directly and detailed in the rental agreement.
